The first building constructed as part of the Canton Crossing Development in Baltimore was a 510,000 SF, 17 story office tower, with the mechanical and electrical systems designed by Gipe Associates, Inc. This is considered the signature building of the development and is the headquarters of and partially occupied by 1st Mariner Bank.
