Baltimore City Detention Center
Project No. KT-000-021-D01, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Safety Improvements (Phase III), at the Baltimore City Detention Center (BCDC) Baltimore, Maryland, involves the necessary design services to provide plumbing, electrical and fire safety improvements in buildings throughout the main compound (except O’Brien House), the Jail Industries Building, and the Central Booking and Intake Facility (CBIF). The Jail Industries Building is part of the BCDC facility, located across Madison Street from the main compound. The CBIF is not part of BCDC and work in this facility is essentially adjunct to the project and limited. Buildings involved in the project are:
