This project involved the design of multiple high quality Dormitory Facilities consisting of two to four dorms in each facility. A constant volume geothermal heat pump was provided for each dorm coupled with two 300 feet deep geothermal wells. Factory programmable thermostats were provided with the geothermal heat pumps. A total of 44 geothermal wells were included in the design. A dedicated domestic hot water heater was also designed for each dorm, as was a wet pipe sprinkler system was provided for each facility. The electrical systems included site and interior lighting, power distribution, telecommunications, fire alarm and security systems.
