While not every community center has it all, specific areas of consideration in community centers can include administration areas, child development centers, meeting rooms, teen/active older adult areas, locker rooms, wellness/fitness centers, gymnasiums, aerobics studios, handball/racquetball courts, natatoriums, saunas, steam rooms, and therapy/whirlpools.
