Gipe Associates uses the LEED Green Building Rating System which sets the standard that improves environmental and economic performance of commercial buildings. This guide is published by the U.S. Green Building Council, of which the firm is a member. In addition, we are familiar with the NAVFAC “Whole Building Design Guide” which provides an holistic approach to design and construction using sustainable building techniques and were recently involved in a several projects utilizing this design approach.
